When I was in Medical School in China twenty years ago, my teacher gave me two gifts: One lamp, and one umbrella. Which means, no matter how late and how dark the outside is, if a patient need you for a home bound visit, you must go. No matter how bad the weather is, when a patient is in need of your help, you should bring your umbrella and get ready to go.
